Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson have officially expanded their co-developed premium motorcycle lineup with the launch of the Harley-Davidson X440 T. Unveiled in Goa on December 6, 2025, this new top-tier variant introduces significant technological upgrades and styling enhancements to the popular roadster platform.
The launch marks a strategic step in the partnership between the two automotive giants, aiming to offer a more dynamic and tech-rich riding experience to Indian consumers. Alongside the launch, Bollywood actor Ahaan Panday has been announced as the new Brand Ambassador for Harley-Davidson India.
The X440 T distinguishes itself with a suite of advanced rider aids and functional updates designed for performance and safety.
For the first time on the X440 platform, the ‘T’ variant features a Ride-by-Wire throttle system. This addition has enabled the inclusion of two distinct Ride Modes: Road and Rain, allowing riders to adapt the bike’s performance to varying conditions.
Safety has been bolstered with Switchable Traction Control and Switchable ABS (Rear Only), giving riders greater control. Additionally, the bike features a segment-first Panic Braking Alert system. If deceleration exceeds 2.4m/s, all indicators blink four times faster than standard to warn traffic behind.
Visually, the X440 T sports a re-designed rear sub-frame with an all-new tail section. It also includes new grab handles, specifically designed to improve pillion ergonomics and comfort.
With the introduction of the X440 T, the entire lineup has been recalibrated. The new pricing structure is as follows:
